Delivery in New Zealand is FREE for all orders.
Please note all orders are delivered to a physical address, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We use a courier company that will will require a signature on delivery and provides insurance for breakage or damage. Parcels can be left at front doors by special request but may not be insured if they are lost or stolen.
All deliveries to New Zealand addresses are shipped within 2 working days to the North Island and 3 working days to the South Island.
If there is any defect in the product on receipt it may be returned to us for a refund. All returns or refunds must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. If we have not yet shipped your order, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. If your order has already been shipped however, unfortunately we are unable to refund you unless as per our Returns Policy above, there is a defect with your products.
